Pudunkart exists to make people happy, so if you're unhappy, that's a problem! I take great care in quality checking every element that goes into a creation, but unfortunately mistakes can happen and an item may end up damaged one way or another.

Damaged item?

Please email to let me know that your item is damaged and include images. We will discuss options of a replacement or a refund and Pudunkart will cover the shipping costs.

Change of Mind?

Unfortunately as a small business I am unable to offer returns or refunds for change of mind.

Please note- as convincing as the lollies in the wall arts may look, they are not real and should not be used as a 'break glass in case of emergency' kit! All wall art including faux lollies sit behind glass to keep a lolly-craving you and any curious little ones safe
